Removal Immigration Proceedings
Immigration Court is managed via the Department of Justice (DOJ) as the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR). Once the immigration Court has jurisdiction over a person it is very likely that an attorney may be required to enter proceedings and represent an individual by responding to motions, receiving orders, etc. These are some of the cases we handle:
